Art for the Family Room
After a few months of living with bare walls, our family room finally got a little face lift! Since the room had white walls, and mostly neutral and dark green already, we opted for something a bit brighter and more fun - hints of yellow/citrus colors to complement the dark green.
We bought the art and frames separately - the art look like original oil paintings but are actually prints on high-quality archival paper, from an Etsy shop that has a vast selection of original oil paintings for reprinting (I’ve already saved some for later!). The left wooden frames were also from an Etsy shop, and stained in a honey color. Here is all you need to get your hands on these -
Art prints (counter-clockwise from top left):
Yellow Flower Meadow Painting (Etsy)
Amalfi Coast Scenery (Etsy)
Fruit Tree in a Beautiful Garden (Etsy)
Frames:
Distressed wooden picture frames in honey stain (Etsy)
Gold frame (Amazon)
Green armchairs (CB2)
Below is a Before & After of the space!
More pictures of the other side of the family room coming soon - hint: it involves some wall decor too!
Love,
