The Best Ivy-Covered Wall in Chicago
Hover over above to shop the look
If you're looking for the best place to do a photoshoot, whether it be fashion or otherwise, this somewhat-abandoned gravel road with two walls covered by ivy is it. We stumbled upon it on a walk back from breakfast at the Allis, and decided to spontaneously shoot a few photos as I happened to be wearing green shoes that complemented the lush leaves.
I went for a chic casual outfit with an easy-to-move-in lace jumpsuit from Temperley London and white and green sneakers by Lost Ink. Jumpsuits are easy to dress up and down, so I thought that during the day sneakers would go well for a feminine sporty look that facilitated me in walking miles as I toured the city, and in the evening I could change into heels and add some jewelry
Where to find the ivy-covered wall: the wall is in the West Loop, on West Randolph Street (south side). If you have a map or GPS, entering 600 W Randolph St should get you there. It's by a parking lot.
Let me know if you passed by there, would love to see some of your pictures as well!
